Ingredients
- Fish - 1/4 kg
- Kashmiri red chillies - 6
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Garlic - 6 cloves
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Lime juice - 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
- Cumin powder - 1 tsp
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- Maida - 2 tbsp.
Direction
- Grind together kashmiri red chillies, coriander powder, ginger garlic, cumin powder, lemon juice and salt to a fine paste.
- Wash fish Wipe water from fish with cloth or tissue.
- Sprinkle maida over the slices and then smear the masala paste.
- Smear baking tray with oil and arrange marinated fishes and sprinkle oil on top.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
