TANDOORI FISH

    Ingredients 

  • Fish - 1/4 kg
  • Kashmiri red chillies - 6
  • Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • Garlic - 6 cloves
  • Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Lime juice - 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
  • Cumin powder - 1 tsp
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Maida - 2 tbsp.
     Direction
  • Grind together kashmiri red chillies, coriander powder, ginger garlic, cumin powder, lemon juice and salt to a fine paste.
  • Wash fish Wipe water from fish with cloth or tissue.
  • Sprinkle maida over the slices and then smear the masala paste.
  • Smear baking tray with oil and arrange marinated fishes and sprinkle oil on top.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
