Ingredients
- Chicken - 1 kg
- Tomato - 2
- Onion - 2
- Spring onion - 1 bundle
- Curry leaves - few
- Chilli sauce - 1 tsp
- Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Red chilli powder - little
- Ajinomoto - a pinch
- Turmeric powder - little
- Oil - 1 tsp
- Salt
- Paneer and capsicum (optional)
- Boil chicken with little water and remove the water. (because this water contains fat. This can be used for soup, for children).
- Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a non stick pan, saute chopped onion and curry leaves.
- Once it is golden brown, add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell goes.
- Then add chopped tomato and saute. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, chilli sauce and soya sauce, saute for minute.
- Add salt boiled chicken pieces and ajinomoto saute and remove.
- Garnish with spring onion leaves
